SHIPPING:
We currently ship anywhere in the 48 contiguous states(excluding Hawaii & Alaska).
We deliver to street addresses only(sorry, no Post Office Boxes).

Having your order shipped to and address not listed on your credit card account can delay the process of your order. For security reasons, we do not automatically ship out orders to addresses that are not listed on your credit card account. Please be sure to provide us with your daytime and home phone numbers where we can reach you with any questions.
PAYMENTS:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, money orders and checks. When paying by check we must wait until the check clears the banking system and we are assured of funds availability before shipping. As soon as funds clear we will ship the order (usually within 10-14 days).
TRANSIT TIME for USA:
Most orders leave within 1-3 business days, however in some instances shipping may be delayed. Back ordered items will be notified immediately and shipped as soon as possible.
RETURNS/INSURANCE/DAMAGES:
All Sales are final unless damaged during transit. By placing an order with lightenupsalt.com you understand that all sales are final.
All orders are shipped 100% insured. We do our best to pack all items very well. If your item arrives damaged, we ask that you contact us within 48 hours of receipt of damaged goods and then contact the carrier. Customer must keep damaged items and original boxes for inspection by our shipping provider.
CANCELLATION:
We process orders and ship out orders quickly. In the event a customer wishes to cancel an order, the customer must contact Lighten Up, Inc. via. telephone at 815-795-9610 before 1p.m. (Central Standard Time) the day the order was placed. Order cancellations must be approved and confirmed by a Lighten Up Inc. representative.
